Land Acquisition
Securing land in Tororo was the very first step in making this dream real. With two acres officially dedicated to the school, we had the space, the vision, and a clear starting point for what would become a life-changing project.
2024
Design, Plans, Permits
Throughout the year, careful attention was given to the planning process. From architectural drawings to securing permits, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure the school would be safe, functional, and built to last.
April 2025
Groundbreaking
Breaking ground marked a powerful and emotional milestone. More than just moving soil, it was the beginning of something bigger—laying the path for education, opportunity, and brighter futures for hundreds of students.

Foundation
The foundation was carefully poured with strength and purpose. More than just concrete, it represents the foundation for dreams, growth, and lasting impact—supporting everything that will rise above it.
June 2025
Framing and Exterior Walls
With framing and exterior walls in place, the school began to take visible shape. Every beam and brick brought the structure to life, making it easier to imagine the students who will walk these halls.
July 2025
Roof
Once the roof was added, the building became a place of shelter and safety. This critical step protected everything beneath it and moved us one step closer to opening day.
September 2025
Windows and Doors
Windows and doors were installed, giving the building a sense of completion and helping it truly take shape as a school. This marked an important milestone and moved the project one step closer to welcoming its first students.
October 2025
Core Installations
Plastering of the classroom walls was completed, allowing the classrooms to begin taking shape. Core services such as plumbing and electrical were also installed, bringing the school one step closer to welcoming its first students.
November-December 2025
Interior Completion
Interior finishes were completed, and furnishings began arriving. The placement of desks marked an important step as the classrooms began to take shape as real learning spaces.
January 2026
Open For Enrollment
With the school completed and classrooms fully prepared, enrollment will began in anticipation of the 2026 school year. This exciting step marks the final preparations—turning readiness into reality.

Start of School Term
With students now enrolled and the first school term beginning, Sandra Abbo’s vision has become a living reality. Classrooms that once stood empty are now filled with children, marking the start of a new chapter for the school and the community it serves.
